Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lyonsway. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, then you have 14 days to return your order from the day you received the package. 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused.
  • All original tags and packaging should be intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting the Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at lyonsway.service@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a track-and-trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. If we do not receive the return, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and make it right for you.

Refund Policy:

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only for the item(s) returned and approved upon inspection.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to initiate a return for the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
