Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lyonsway. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the day you received the package to return it.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused.
- All original tags and packaging should be intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting the Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at lyonsway.service@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We will assess the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products and personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to initiate a return for the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
